Documents rejected.
Usually when the uploaded documents are not accepted by the system there pop up instructions giving the detailed description of the issue which are crucial to be followed. The most frequent reasons are:
- Damaged or obscured document uploaded;
- Unnatural colours of the document uploaded;
- Unsupported document uploaded;
- Document has reached an expiration date;
- Data on the document is not readable/blurred or unclear;
- Unoriginal picture of the document uploaded.
Verification takes longer than expected.
In these cases we recommend waiting for the notification on successful completion of verification. There may be a high volume of verification procedures in progress, and the system may take some time to process the documents.
Unsupported country.
